Making Appreciation Visible During a High-Pressure Season

During a high-pressure commencement season, CUFO’s Office of Belonging and Engagement created a peer appreciation postcard initiative to help staff recognize one another’s work.

HerreraDesigns supported the effort with postcard design, selected imagery, and custom hand-lettered “Thank You” artwork.

The form was open for two weeks and received more than 700 submissions — a strong signal of participation for a simple, human communication tool.
